2. Shipping Timeline

• Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

• Remote or rural areas may take longer.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

• For COD (Cash on Delivery) or orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee may apply.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once shipped, a tracking ID and link will be shared via email/SMS so you can track your parcel.

5. Delays

• Unexpected delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Rutuwell will not be liable for such delays but will assist you in resolving them.

6. Incorrect Address

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders with incorrect addresses may face delays or be returned.
