Refund policy

At Rutuwell, we care about your hygiene and satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our
products, returns and refunds are subject to the policy below

  1. Non-Returnable Products
    For hygiene and safety reasons, sanitary pads and personal care products are
    non-returnable once delivered. We do not accept returns on opened or used products under
    any circumstances

  2. Return Eligibility
    We only accept returns or offer replacements in the following cases:
    ● You received a damaged or defective product
    ● You received the wrong item
    ● The product is expired or unsealed on arrival
    If you meet the above conditions, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or
    video proof.
  3. How to Request a Return or Refund
    To raise a request:
    1. Email us at support@rutuwell.in
    2. Mention your Order ID and reason for return
    3. Attach photos or videos as proof (if applicable)
    4. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days

    4. Refund Process
    Once your return or issue is approved:
    ● Refunds (if eligible) will be processed to your original payment method
    ● Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account
    We reserve the right to reject refund requests that do not meet our return conditions.

    5. Cancellation Policy
    Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, provided they haven’t been
    shipped yet. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.
